Arts 3DF Awards ENU Builds $60,000 over two years.
We’re absolutely thrilled and honored that Arts 3DF has selected our team an fantastic opportunity in August of 2023! ENU Builds has been handpicked to receive an incredible grant of $30,000 annually for a span of two years. This generous grant is set to ignite the spark of arts programming opportunities for our community, starting from September 1, 2023, all the way through June 30, 2025.
As the chosen grant facilitator for Ossining—one of the three lucky communities alongside Peekskill and Yonkers—ENU is at the forefront of this artistic endeavor.
With this grant, we’ve launched ENU Builds Art Access, a visionary project aimed at broadening the horizons of art exposure within and around Ossining. The grant is meticulously organized into four creative cycles, each comprising two dynamic phases. We’ve successfully wrapped up cycle one with a grand celebration of Hip-Hop’s 50th Anniversary in phase one, followed by an enchanting exploration of Folklore in phase two.
Now, we’re embarking on the second cycle with ‘The Art of Protest’—a profound dive into the intersection of art, artists, and social justice. This cycle will culminate with ‘Community Connections’, an array of collaborative workshops that promise to weave together talents leading to a spectacular final exhibition.”
