Art as a Third Dimension Foundation (Art 3DF) is a grantmaking organization created to fund and support community-based arts programming that is inclusive, inspiring, engaging, and which sparks a sense of discovery of the artistic world. Programming will serve a broad and diverse population and will focus on those communities which have been historically underserved by formal cultural institutions.
